Welcome to this Chizai World, a project aiming to develop online references and materials concerning Japanese Intellectual Property System. The gist of this project comes from the experience of the author of this website, who have been difficult to find out English materials talking about the IP system of this country. Through information and materials to be provided on this website, I hope that this project will be helpful for those who are interested in studying and understanding the Japanese intellectual property law and policy, and in return that the law and policy of this IP-based Nation, as well as her experience, will teach them for their own sake and for the sake of their own countries.
